Mission Statement
To create funding that will assist young men and women of all nationalities, an opportunity to further their education through scholarships in the name of Debra Ann Porter, who dedicated her life to nurturing and the cultural education of her four children through academics, physical development and spiritual fulfillment. It is in her memory that the scholarship fund has been created along with the opening of the Debra Ann Porter 24/7 Childcare Center in the fall of 2002. The 24/7 facilities will be the first of its kind in the state of Illinois.
