MISSION
To create an environment in which the
mentor/mentee relationship of trust and friendship will
thrive and support the social/emotional development and
academic achievement of the mentee.
GOALS
Create a school-based environment
wherein mentors and mentees can build a trusting,
long-lasting friendship that supports the positive
development of the mentee.
Build capacity in the mentor to
nurture a trusting relationship with the mentee.
Develop the mentor through
training and support to provide quality tutoring to the
mentee in his/her academic area of need.
