This new program is in partnership with Elmhurst College who will be providing technological training to P.L.C.C.A. Employees.

This event was the official delivery of the grant provided by SBC Ameritech to P.L.C.C.A. and Elmhurst Collete to celebrate the new partnership in education.

October 31st,2002 was the official "Kick Off" event of the new program made possible through the SBC Excelerator Program.
