Financial Links for Low-Income People

   Financial Links for Low-Income People (FLLIP) is a statewide coalition of banks, credit unions, advocates, government agencies, bank regulators, adult educators, private industry, and sponsors of Individual Development Account (IDA) programs. Our mission is to expand financial education and asset-building opportunities for low-income people in Illinois. (povertylaw.org)
