WHO WE ARE

In February of 2001, the doors to the Goodell Place a four story, twenty-two unit affordable housing complex were opened. This property is valued at over $3 million Goodell Place became reality thanks in part to the funding and support provided by: The Village of Maywood, John Stroger's Office of the Cook County Planning & Development Department, Illinois Housing Development Authority, Continental Community Bank, First Suburban Bank of Maywood, Apollo Housing Capital, LLC, Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
