WHO WE ARE

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (L.I.H.E.A.P.) offers financial assistance for qualified low-income individuals to pay monthly gas and electric bills to avoid disconnection of service.

Hours of Operation: M,T,Th,and Fri. 8:00am-4:30pm
Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm
