WHO WE ARE

The Violent Crime Victims Program is designed to provide financial compensation to innocent victims of a violent crime and their families.

Eligible victims or family members receive reimbursement for out, of, pocket expenses, such as medical/hospital bills, loss of earnings, loss of support, and counseling expenses. In addition, tuition reimbursement is available when the crime victim is unable to continue attendance at his/ her particular institution of learning as a result of his/ her victimization. Victims are assisted in filing for compensation. Also, we provide victims or family members with all necessary forms.
