Richard "Dick" Devine is presenting a Unity Month Community Empowerment Award to Bishop Dr. Claude Porter and PLCCA Inc.

Bishop Dr. Claude Porter, Chairman & C.E.O. of P.L.C.C.A., Inc. at the National Republican Congressional Committee 2005 Tax Summit in Washington, D.C. was honored to be the recipient of the "Businessman of the Year" award presented by Congressman Lynn Westmoreland on behalf of President George Bush on March 15, 2005.

Bishop Dr. Claude Porter and PT-MAN (Proviso Township Ministerial Alliance Network) Meet with Congressman Ray LaHood on July 5, 2005. Congressman Ray LaHood is serving his fifth term in Congress. He represents the people of the 18th Congressional District of Illinois.
