WHO WE ARE |

Program Express Drive-Through PLCCA will build the first and only WIC drive-through/walk-up facility in the nation. At this facility, WIC recipients will be able to schedule a time that is convenient for picking up food coupons rather than waiting for processing at the time of request. This facility will also be staffed during non-traditional hours such as early mornings and Saturdays to accommodate the customers' work schedules. |
