WHO WE ARE

The goal of the Gang Intervention Program is to solidity a network of youth services that will provide positive alternatives to participation in gang activities and juvenile crime. This goal will be met through providing intervention efforts, reaching those youths actively involved in gangs, and prevention, influencing those youths considered "at risk" who have not yet formally become gang members. Program services have been designed to attract youth away from gang- related and delinquency activities. The services will provide both intervention and preventive components in an attempt to provide our youth with viable alternatives to gang and antisocial involvement. The program is designed for youth that are from age 7-21.
