PNC Bank & Proviso Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. (PLCCA) Presented an evening "Legacy Sounds of Giving" Celebrating Bishop Dr. Claude Porter's Legacy & 50 Years of Service to PLCCA at Alhambra Palace.
Over 50 years ago, Bishop Dr. Claude Porter decided to step outside the church walls and bring the message and help to the community of Maywood. He founded Proviso Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. Today, PLCCA serves the Proviso Leyden townships, the City of Chicago, and suburban Cook County.
