PLCCA President & CEO Claudette Harrell Attends the Governor's State of the State Address

Recently, Claudette Harrell, PLCCA President and CEO, and Lundy Swilley, Sr. Director of Administration, had the privilege of attending the Governor's State of the State Address in Springfield. Later that evening, the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus Foundation held its Annual Black History Month Soiree at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. Before the Address, they were able to spend time with the Majority Leader, Senator Kimberly Lightford, who is also a member of the PLCCA board. In addition, they were able to say hello to another PLCCA board member that evening, Illinois Speaker of the House Emanuel Chris Welch.
