Students in Mrs. Robertson’s class explored the wonders of the environment, nature, plants, and rainbows through a fun and creative hands-on activity. As part of their learning, children were introduced to making rainbows using their very own handprints.
Using a variety of colorful paints, each student added their handprint to create a vibrant rainbow. As they worked, the teacher brought the activity to life by talking about the “pot of gold” at the end of every rainbow, sparking the children’s imagination and excitement.
This activity not only encouraged creativity but also supported the development of large motor skills as students used their hands to paint and create. It was a joyful and engaging way for children to express themselves while learning about the beauty of nature.
