Mobile Dentist CFS Visit Promotes Healthy Smiles

On Friday, March 27, PLCCA’s Child Care Center welcomed a mobile dentist for a day focused on promoting healthy dental habits. Over 40 students were seen and received fluoride treatments and an exam to support their oral health.
In addition to the dental visits, all students participated in an informative presentation about proper brushing techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental hygiene. Each child went home with a toothbrush to encourage continued healthy habits at home.
The mobile dentist also supported families by assisting parents in completing their children’s annual dental check-ups in preparation for the upcoming school year. This visit was a great success in helping our students and families stay on track with their dental health!
