As a community action agency, we recognize the results that can be achieved when every facet of the community voluntarily joins together in a partnership to address common concerns.
PLCCA provides the community with programs focusing on Children, Youth and Family Services, Behavioral Health Services, Supportive Services and Program Services.
Children, Youth & Family Services
For the youth to be the future there needs to be a strong foundation and opportunity. PLCCA offers support to families from the cradle to adulthood with well-rounded programs such as CEDA WIC, Early Head Start, Kidz N’ Klubs Golf Academy, Teen REACH, and Opportunity WORKS.

Behavioral Health Services
Communities are made from many types of people with different personal needs. PLCCA has services to accommodate individuals, families, youth, and adults with their challenges. Our programs include counseling, medication assisted treatment program, re-entry services, and more.

& Program Services
Knowledge is power and a source to strengthen our communities. PLCCA offers services and programs in computer and financial literacy; job readiness, utility programs, and so much more.
